Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Director of Broadcast at Inter Miami CF. I oversee everything Broadcast for Inter Miami CF a Major League Soccer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reel Life Studio LLC, and what were your goals?

We hired Reel Life Studio to be our backbone to our broadcast operations. Our goal with Reel Life Studio was to achieve a top quality production, whether it was player green screens, pregame shows, player interviews or game productions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a few proposals from some other companies but after meeting with their CEO and rest of the staff we realized that they had great knowledge about production and what really interested us was their knowledge of soccer which was a key factor for us.

After a few meetings with their staff and a few planning sessions we decided to grant Reel Life Studio with the opportunity to start with our player greens that would provide our broadcast partners quality video for their productions. Soon after they tackle the pregame show for our digital platforms and ever since Reel Life Studio continue to deliver top quality productions.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We have worked directly with the owner and CEO of the company among their staff and the feedback is incredible.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have proof that due to their pregame show our games viewership has increased. Also, the player interviews that they have produced have been the ones with more engagement and views in our social media platforms.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

There has been a great communication with their project manager with weekly and biweekly meetings to tackle ongoing projects and upcoming projects. They have great tools that helps us with reviewing footage before they meet air.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Reel Life Studio is their can-do attitude. No matter how big or small the task is they handle all the projects with the same attitude and professionalism. You can see the outcome in their video quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As always in life, there is room for improvement. Our live productions are definitely evolving and become better with time.
