I’m the director of engineering at Inkitt GmbH. We use AI and predictive algorithms to discover and publish hit stories, turning them into bestselling e-books and TV series. We sell them directly to consumers through our Galatea app and CandyJar TV platform.

Their work includes sourcing, initial outreach, helping the candidates through the pipeline, and helping us with the close.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve hired 10 engineers through our partnership with Redfish Technology. We look at the candidate quality and retention rates, and the large majority of candidates stay on our team for more than three years. Overall, they reliably provide solid candidates, and I’m rarely surprised during a hiring manager call as to why I’m speaking with a particular individual.
