Our website was outdated and was having issues, and didn't do everything we needed it to do. I needed someone to give me ideas and options, and to work with me to get it where we needed it to be, including some "contact us" options and a lot of links that correlate to other pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After researching for local companies and getting reviews/recommendations from peers near us, we selected them based on reputation and pricing
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We met prior to starting the project to discuss our needs and wants, they got started and requested additional information from us as needed. I sent in additional information as I thought of it, too. They sent me draft pages often to review and I could make changes or accept them as is.
Once all pages were accepted I was able to see the website just as it would be when it was live, and could click around on everything. They then made it live and did all the back end work necessary to link it to our current web address, and will monitor it from now on.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Mostly dealt with 2 people, which was great for me because it is hard to have to explain everything to multiple people, so it was nice just having these few people that always knew the project.
