I am a marketing manager at Data Space. We are a data center specializing in custom IT environments for medium and large clients and in cloud solutions.

We hired The Rectangles for a website redesign and to help us optimize our landing pages.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our website to acquire more traffic and increase product sales.

How did you select The Rectangles?

We compared a few best Polish UX agencies and after meeting them, we chose The Rectangles. The main decisive factors were previous projects and their experience working with IT companies.

Describe the project in detail.

We started the work with workshops on customer flow. Then we created functional models and maps of customer paths on the website. The last step was to create the page layout and send it to coding.

What was the team composition?

From our side it was a CMO and Marketing Manager. From the agency side we had a dedicated project manager, UX designer and UI specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few months of the optimization, the number of website and landing pages’ conversions has increased significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great because all the work was divided into stages and preceded by a strategic workshop during which we talked about possible solutions. We communicated via Slack, e-mail and phone calls on a daily basis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They showed deep analytical thinking combined with creativity to design online solutions.

No, it was a great cooperation.

I found The Rectangles to have great experience with broader e-commerce business. Often this has given us great commercial insight beyond just design that has helped shape company strategy.

I think we would benefit from quarterly recap + strategy sessions so we can regroup on the company priorities and discuss the partnership in isolation from design-level projects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall website conversion rate increase of nearly 2X. Our subscription rate went from 20% to 70% as a direct result of their work! We've now been working with them for a bit over a 1.5 years, in that time they have completely transformed our website from a boilerplate, template-based design to a fully custom, highly tailored experience for our customers. 

Now our site not only looks aesthetically beautiful but the navigation, usability and overall experience are incredible. I couldn't be happier with the Rectangles team.
