We partnered with Recrucial as a retained recruitment partner during a period of rapid growth at Aledus. At that time, we did not yet have an internal recruiter and needed to fill several senior and highly specialized roles within a short timeframe.

Recrucial worked closely with us as an extension of our internal team and supported the recruitment process end-to-end. This included clarifying role requirements, market mapping across several European countries, active sourcing, candidate screening, and coordination of the interview process. They also supported us during the offer stage and shared practical input on improving elements of our hiring process.

Over the course of the collaboration, we successfully hired six senior specialists, including an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, HR Generalist, Salesforce Consultant, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Project Manager. These roles required both strong expertise and cultural fit, as our teams operate in a distributed setup across Switzerland, Poland, Lithuania, and other EU locations.

The roles were closed within the expected timelines, helping us scale our delivery capacity without slowing down ongoing projects. Throughout the collaboration, hiring managers appreciated the quality of candidates presented, the clarity of communication, and the responsiveness of the Recrucial team.

Overall, the engagement felt like a genuine partnership, with a strong level of dedication and professionalism throughout the process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The collaboration resulted in six senior hires across key roles. All positions were filled within the agreed timelines, allowing us to scale our delivery capacity without delaying ongoing client projects.

The candidates presented consistently met the seniority and cultural alignment requirements for our distributed teams across Switzerland and the EU. As a result, we were able to stabilize and expand several consulting initiatives simultaneously, while maintaining the quality standards expected by our clients.

Additionally, the structured recruitment process introduced during the engagement helped us improve internal hiring practices, including clearer role definition and more efficient interview coordination.
