I'm the HR of this company. Our company is a software development company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We develop and publish bite-sized mobile games. Our games are light-hearted, easy to understand, kid-friendly, extremely difficult and incredibly fun.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reco Manpower?

We require a senior programmer to help us develop our game. It's difficult to find one in Vietnam on our own, so I decided to hire a professional headhunting firm like RECO to find the person we need.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When I browse the Internet, I find RECO among the top ten best headhunting firms in Vietnam. I visited all ten businesses and was immediately impressed with the services provided by RECO, as well as the professional design of the website, which is both attractive and professional.

This project is not yet completed, all information is kept private. I'd love to provide more information when our game is released.

I collaborate with five RECO members. They are in charge of various roles such as leading that RECO team, answering all of my questions, sending CVs of potential candidates, handing contracts and documentation, and setting up interviews for both me and the candidate.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

RECO recommended the most promising and relevant candidates we found. It's unfortunate that we can't close the deal with any of them. The main reason for this is that our program lead has a fairly high standard, which is a little too demanding for a Vietnamese programmer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first, they schedule meeting for me and the RECO team to gather all of the information needed to create JD and attract candidates. They're full of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. When candidates started applied to our job, they send me the candidate's portfolio and CV via email, and they create a google sheet file to track the working progress between our company and the candidate, as well as to record any feedback from my side in order to find a better candidate the next time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite the difficult and high standards that my company has set, RECO continues to work tirelessly with me to find the best candidate. We've been looking for the right person for about three months. RECO has put in a tremendous amount of effort while we don't need to pay any fee.

I'm pleased with RECO's service and workflow. They really listen to their customers and always look for the best candidate to match the updated requirement.
