Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

RECO recommended the most promising and relevant candidates we found. It's unfortunate that we can't close the deal with any of them. The main reason for this is that our program lead has a fairly high standard, which is a little too demanding for a Vietnamese programmer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first, they schedule meeting for me and the RECO team to gather all of the information needed to create JD and attract candidates. They're full of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. When candidates started applied to our job, they send me the candidate's portfolio and CV via email, and they create a google sheet file to track the working progress between our company and the candidate, as well as to record any feedback from my side in order to find a better candidate the next time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite the difficult and high standards that my company has set, RECO continues to work tirelessly with me to find the best candidate. We've been looking for the right person for about three months. RECO has put in a tremendous amount of effort while we don't need to pay any fee.

I'm pleased with RECO's service and workflow. They really listen to their customers and always look for the best candidate to match the updated requirement.

Their team supports broader test coverage across key workflows, helps us identify and document issues earlier, and reduces the internal effort required for tester recruitment, onboarding, and coordination. The most visible outcomes are faster resource deployment, more consistent testing support during peak workloads, and improved readiness for release through structured bug reporting and validation of fixes.Compared with our previous internal process, Reco Manpower has helped us reduce tester sourcing and onboarding time by approximately 30%–40%. In most cases, we’ve been able to have testing resources ready within 3–5 business days, compared with around 1–2 weeks previously. This has also helped us shorten functional-testing cycles by an estimated 20%–30%, particularly during periods when we need to scale testing capacity quickly. Overall, we’re satisfied with Reco Manpower’s support. One area for further improvement would be providing more proactive progress updates and standardized reporting on tester onboarding, test coverage, and issue status.It could also be helpful to have an even more structured knowledge-transfer process at the beginning of each project, especially for projects with specialized AI data workflows. This would help testers become productive even faster and make performance tracking more transparent.
