Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Videography services for COP28 in Dubai, scheduled from November 30th to December 12th, 2023, including but not limited to: 

• Filming: 
  • 2-3 panels at the Innovation Zone (Madinat Jumeirah) and the Green Zone (Expo City) 
  • Daily (1-2) one-on-one interviews at the Innovation Zone and Green Zone or any other vicinity of the green / innovation zones 
  • Coverage of a networking event 
  • Photographs in networking event and panel discussions 
• ⁠Editing: 
  • Interview editing incorporating the graphics provided by the client 
  • Panel discussion editing 
  • Highlight video of the networking event 

All of the above work was completed on a very tight schedule, where we would often film a video for posting the day after.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Videos were well-recieved by the interviewee's and wider carbon removal audience. Additionally, despite filming in loud, busy locations the audio quality was excellent. The whole team was highly professional and able to engage well with our experts, particularly considering the time crunch many of these interviews were filmed under.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Reality beyond dreams had excellent project management. This work involved travelling to many different locations around Dubai, and required the team to be highly flexible as we were often working around the schedules of high profile experts. As we were posting everyday, the team would often need to put in long hours editing after filming to ensure the videos were ready for the next day. They did all this with a smile and excellent work ethic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love that they have their own values and are clear in their mission to highlight social impact stories. This aligns a lot with our own vision and mission and meant it was very easy to work with the team. Additionally, the team were highly self-motivated and creative, offering to help with the graphic design and distribution/campaign of the work. They were also very personable - I enjoyed working with them greatly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reality Beyond Dreams could have done differently?

No areas of improvement.
