 The project has been successfully launched in two regions and continues its growth.

The project was well led. We used an agile approach with regular planning and demonstration meetings. This allowed us to shape the product throughout the development process and achieve very good results in the end. Communication and coordination with other project members and teams were held on a high professional level.

Our company is building a larger ERP application for one of our customers. We needed a partner who can work on a construction and cost calculation module.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Winstart offered us their help with the visualization of the client's manufactured constructions on Unity. They provided experienced 3D Unity developers, UX Designers, and BAs to work on this module

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Using Unity for 3D visualization of the constructions, Wisntars created a module that runs beautifully in the web browser and provides visualization of the end product for the end customer's clients and resellers. This module is integrated with the ERP and provides cost calculations based on the materials and scope of work used in the visualization.

We have 2 Unity 3D developers, 1UX/UI Designer, 1 3D designer, QA, and PM

The component that was built by Winstars is well-optimized for any workstation and covers very well-needed functionality.

We communicated through regular PM calls and Jira as a task management software. Everything was delivered on time and with high quality

We really appreciated Winstars ability to pick up on the existing project and integrate with the rest of the team to make sure that the piece of software that they build clicks with the rest of the application

The project managment is professional and it is easy to communicate with their staff in English. So far most milestone have been met on time and on budget.

They are extremely competent and knowledgable. They're highly capable of solving problems and obviously experienced in the kind of work we've been asking them to do. One of the most appealing aspects is they are friendly and easy to work with.

I am the CEO of an Austrian Startup, that develops a software to discover, manage and improve employee skills.

For what projects/services did your company hire WINSTARS TECHNOLOGY R&D, and what were your goals?

We worked together with winstars since the founding of our startup. Our application proofed to be a huge project and we needed a team of quality software developers, while also managing our costs. Hiring locally in Austria would not have been financially possible.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were actively looking for outstaffing companies and met Winstars during a B2B matchmaking event in Austria. The deciding factors where the price, the reliability and that we did not have a language barrier.

Providing software developers, UX/UI designers, and testers over multiple years. The management happend remotely in Austria. Technologies were VueJs, PHP, and Figma.
