We initially brought Ravix Group on board to help with general accounting support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ravix Group provides accounting services, including reviewing and updating our books, cleaning up our accounting records, and assisting with tax preparation. 

We were using Microsoft Dynamics NAV at the time, so Ravix Group had to learn how that worked. We've since migrated to Sage Intacct, and Ravix Group played a key role in recommending Sage and assisting us with the integration.

We also use Ravix Group for HR outsourcing. They provide an on-demand expert to help us with HR matters. Carol helps us with legal compliance and risk management. She's mostly helpful in personnel matters. We had a situation that required us to let an employee go, so she helped us find someone available. She has helped me assess the situation and take the proper steps.

Carol has also helped us connect with our health and benefits broker. She helped us recruit our accounting specialist through ADP. She handled everything, narrowed down our candidates, and we ultimately found someone wonderful.

We've worked with a team of dedicated professionals, including Annie, a controller; George, who has provided accounting services; Carol, who assists with our HR needs; and two teammates from the Montpak team.

Ravix Group was brought to me by our CPA seven and a half years ago. We realized we needed some accounting help through an audit, and they recommended Ravix Group. We initially had a discovery call with Lee Ann to review our situation and discuss what we were looking for. She had someone in mind at the controller level who would be a perfect fit for the project.

We've saved time and refined processes. Our accounting is incredibly clean, and Carol's help with recruitment has saved me a lot of time. Overall, Ravix Group has saved us time, money, and sanity. The team's work has met our expectations.

They deliver on time and within budget. We mostly use email and Microsoft Teams for calls and chats.

Ravix Group's expertise and communication are impressive. If we need anything or have any questions, they can always connect me with someone on the team who is knowledgeable in their field and very helpful. They’re quick to respond and connect me with someone if I need to answer questions or provide resources. Ravix Group is also very organized.

No, there aren’t any.

Trust the process. We brought Ravix Group on board at a very challenging time for our company, and there was a lot of cleanup to be done. Trusting them and Annie to be the experts in their field was the most helpful thing we could have done. Be transparent, trust Ravix Group, and let them do what they do best.

They also handled our cash and bank reconciliations, and supported us with a purchase accounting worksheet for acquisitions we had made. Ravix Group extracted information from our QuickBooks Online file and performed the reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.

Ravix Group fills the missing gap and helps you grow as a company, but they also know when you need a full-time person beyond their fractional services.
