Ravix Group provided us with accounting services. They handled our accounts receivable (AR) and cash analysis on a weekly basis. They also handled our cash and bank reconciliations, and supported us with a purchase accounting worksheet for acquisitions we had made. Ravix Group extracted information from our QuickBooks Online file and performed the reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.

Ravix Group is very supportive in how they transition from their services into a full-time employee role when you're ready and willing to do that. The team is collaborative in understanding your organization and when they fit. Ravix Group knows they're in a temporary role until we get an employee in place, and they're willing to support that transition in a well-documented manner on how things are working and what needs to be improved. Ravix Group fills the missing gap and helps you grow as a company, but they also know when you need a full-time person beyond their fractional services.
