We also use Ravix Group for HR outsourcing. They provide an on-demand expert to help us with HR matters. Carol helps us with legal compliance and risk management. She's mostly helpful in personnel matters. We had a situation that required us to let an employee go, so she helped us find someone available. She has helped me assess the situation and take the proper steps.
Carol has also helped us connect with our health and benefits broker. She helped us recruit our accounting specialist through ADP. She handled everything, narrowed down our candidates, and we ultimately found someone wonderful.

Ravix was hiried to temporarily fill in for our finance and operations staff member until a replacement was found. Upon filling the position, the team and board decided to continue with Ravix's services for checks and balances.

The Ravix team has been extremely helpful with training, answering questions, and providing monthly financials as well as assistance during our annual audits. In addition, our Controller has been extemely valuable during our current project build of a new cancer support center.

Our controller is always very aware of monthly and annual deadlines and checks in with his team as well as CSC's team to confirm all requirements and needs are met.

The consultant assigned to our engagement was a quick learner, asks good questions and brings in his expertise from his learnings from other companies. He is meticulous and have made significant improvements to processes, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

Yes, the consultant assigned to our engagement delivered items on time and is very responsive to our needs. He has shifted his role from a junior accountant to now a manager-level employee. Because he is a quick learner and has an appetite to progress, I was able to elevate him from performing juninor accountant work to now managing the close and the staff.
