I'm the co-founder and Managing Director Little Red Zombies, an art service provider specializing in creating 3D Characters for the video game industry.

To improve organic rankings for industry-specific keywords and optimize our website for speed (Google Page Speed Score), to optimize and improve on-page SEO, content marketing efforts on an ongoing basis.

How did you select RankZ and what were the deciding factors?

Based on the proposals submitted and communication on their process and expected results, we also looked up the case studies from their past work.

We were looking for better visibility from search engines, and an ongoing effort to keep up higher rankings for keywords relevant to us. The team came up with a content marketing plan to gain backlinks, technical optimizations and content structure improvements for our website. Key deliverables have been content marketing report, SEO optimized content structures that include keywords, content structure like headings, content length, core topic focus etc based on competition analysis. The one time audit, speed optimizations and technical SEO report has been immensely helpful as well.

A total of 4-5, two from the SEO team and two from the content team; apart from the Account Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen results faster than we were promised, with our primary keyword positions improving from a few pages down to much closer to our target within 4 months. Organic traffic has increased by 150% as a result of the overall efforts. RankZ has clear communication and very realistic and tangible goals that they seem to attain without fail.

I believe their approach is quite sane and scientific, sticking to industry best practices and what's best for you over the long run. Communication is their strong suit, and they are available on both phone and email at all times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good Communication, realistic and tangible goals and their ability to attain them. Their focus on results that stick around for the long term rather than quick hacks has been impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied with the service so far and I would recommend them to anyone looking for SEO, they have under-promised and over-delivered, I think they can take more confidence into their process and set out for more aggressive targets but I can see the merit in this approach as well.

We were assigned with a project manager and an SEO specialist. Who were our direct POC's through out our business relationship with us.

Since implementing RankZ, our organic visibility grow steadily. Within a short span of time we were ranking in the 1st page and most importantly retaining that position ever since for our desired visibility wrt to our target audience. Which drastically improved our inbound lead flow and we had a 90% lead to conversion ratio. Which is a very good sign.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. Their TAT is impressive and we mostly communicate via calls and emails, sometimes Zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well, first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. Transparency of process and standard quality of resources, quick turn around and inbuilt support & ticketing, and finally they offer the best pricing in the industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have a target market and serve them brilliantly. I can't think of any suggestions at the moment.
