Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and director of The Coach Training Academy. We’re a life coach, business coach, and executive coach training company and ICF accredited.

What challenge were you trying to address with rankistan?

As far as SEO goes, we were doing pretty good for a number of years and then all of a sudden we went from having a lot of traffic to very little. Previously I spent a lot of money on different SEO people, but I got nowhere. I hired rankistan to hopefully help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve been going through all of our content and restructuring it, so it looks unique and not identical. They change the headlines around borders to help with that. To build links, they outsource content. They have a team now that reaches out to other websites to explain what we’re about.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Waleed (CEO & Founder) and then he manages his team. There are about four people working on our project.

How did you come to work with rankistan?

SEO has been a problem at our company for a number of years now, so I was always looking. They seemed like they’d be worth further investigation and they met our price line goals. We did a trial for the first month and now we’re continuing the work because they did a good job during that time. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $3,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re making really good, steady progress. We’ve been able to build relationships with other companies that are looking for fresh content and want to link to us. They introduced me to another company and we did an article for them and they put it on their website. Now, we’re getting some interest and more traffic from their site.

How did rankistan perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Skype and WhatsApp to do a lot of check-ins, as well as email. They’re very timely, most of the time they’re waiting on me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Before we even started, they were able to analyze what our issue was and tell us what they were going to do to fix it and how long it would take. That’s exactly what has happened. With other companies I’ve talked to, they really had a big ego and just wanted me to dish out money when nothing was happening. I’m very happy with the progress we’ve made so far and SEO is something that’s really complicated and requires a lot of expertise; they’re really good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have them review your website and where you are now. Tell them what your goals are and if there’s anything that has changed. If you’re someone who is new to SEO, you have to be patient. Have benchmarks in place, so you can see the progress being made. Let them do an analysis before you jump in.

I am working as Marketing Manager for a veterinary clinic.

For what projects/services did your company hire rankistan, and what were your goals?

We hired them for our two websites SEO. One is Pets Health Clinic and other is The City Vet Clinic. These two are our clinics in UAE with multiple branches. We hired rankistan for local SEO of both of these stores. Our goal was to rank for all terms related to pets clinic and services in Dubai and UAE, like, vet clinic, pet grooming, vet hospital etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them on basis of their strong proposal, and the main deciding factor was their communication and portofolio.

Rankistan initiated work from scratch, initially they conducted the detailed audits for both of the websites. What we liked the most is their in depth audits, which included technical details and issues about the website. After audits, they started working on on page seo, fixed the bugs and technical issues, optimized the website speed. After a month or so, they started working on the off page website.

4 of their team members worked with us. One of them was content creator, and others were linkbuilders and SEO analyst.

As we started from scratch, they brought us great achievements and ranked us on the committed keywords.

They used Trello, google sheets and slack for communication. Their whole process was very transparent. Communication never lacked throughout this time period.

Transparency and deliverables.

None, even after stopping the work, our sites are progressing.
