The Rankings team, lead by our account manager Brandon Hill, executed a multi-page system re-design, facilitated new photography content, and delievered bi-weekly content publishing.

As a small firm, it can sometimes feel like you’re a tiny fish in a very large pond. Brandon made sure that was never the case for us. He was attentive, driven, professional, and highly organized, and he treated our account with genuine care and attention.

What impressed me most was their consistency and transparency during a major company transition. We originally signed on when they were still Gladiator Law and stayed through the transition to Rankings.io. One of the reasons we chose them in the first place was that the company was created by lawyers for lawyers, which gave us confidence they understood the needs of law firms.

What really stood out, though, was that the quality of service did not drop during the transition. Our account manager assured us the level of support would remain the same, and he absolutely stayed true to that promise. In my experience, that level of continuity during a buyout is rare, and it made a big impression on us.

Documented increase in organic traffic, increase in leads, increase in cases signed each month and lower cost per case sign up.

We were assigned John Lowe as our Acccount Manager and from day 1, he has been on top of our account.  We have at least 2 calls/month and email frequently.  John provides up to date results showing increases in visibility and traffic.  John and his team continue to update content and refine approaches to all campaigns. 
We have seen a fivefold increase in our DR in approximately 1 year with Rankings.io.  As a client who continually reviews where we stand and leads/cases in the door, John hears from us frequently.  All requests/questions are promptly answered.  John and team are proactive as opposed to reactive, which is extremely important to our firm and our advertising.  Everything delivered timely and effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being proactive rather than reactive.  Rankings.io seems to stay ahead of the times and analyze things from the stand point of, "OK, this is working now but what will be working in 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 months from now" so that we continue to grow and not fall behind the trends and what is working digitally.  A great example of this is AI and what we should do in order to maximize our AI visibility.  And, thr results we have seen in a short amount of tme speak for themselves.

I am obsessed with LSA and LSA seems to drive our leads and case acquisition.  We have seen a dip in LSA visibility and would like to see that rebound but I have also come to learn that LSA is a very different animal.  I do know that John and team and constantly reviewing LSA and refining to ensure we stay at or near the top.

We have found that PPC management to be one area that has been a little lack luster. I do believe it is in part what Google has done to their bidding strategy and Rankings has been keen to swap our strategist when needed and our strategy by pivoting spend within the campaign and trying new ideas. However, that is one area that we would like to see continued improvements on.

This project has been very successful, resulting in an increase of business 300% over the same time period the year before with the other digital marketing company. My leads from Google and advertising sources are costing less, more relevant to my business and location, and my SEO rankings have increased remarkably, often placing me in the top position for most relevant searches.
