We colllabarated with the team at Rambunct to deliver fully managed capabilities and deploy artificial intelligence applications for their AWS stores. This implementation would automatically break down complex user requests into logical steps, converse to gather missing details, execute APIs, and query enterprise data sources, all of which producing a much higher and effective performance.

Rambunct developed a custom contact control panel with a tailored UI integrated with our existing queues. The team also provided ongoing support to fine-tune the platform and ensure it had the expected functionality.
