Rambunct provided AWS consulting and engineering support for T2K Labs’ technology research and product-development workloads. The engagement included reviewing the existing cloud architecture, identifying security, reliability, scalability and cost risks, and designing a stronger AWS foundation for evaluating emerging technologies and developing cloud-based products.

The project delivered a complete AWS architecture assessment and prioritised remediation roadmap, established more automated and repeatable deployment processes, improved monitoring and alerting, and addressed the high-priority security and access-control issues identified during the review. 

These changes reduced manual operational effort, provided greater visibility into system health and AWS usage, and gave T2K Labs a clear path for scaling its research and product-development workloads. Progress was demonstrated through the completion of the agreed technical milestones, successful validation of the updated environment, and the team’s ability to maintain it using the documentation and knowledge transferred by Rambunct.

Rambunct managed the project effectively, with clear milestones, regular progress updates and open communication throughout the engagement. Deliverables were completed within the agreed timelines, and any changes or technical risks were communicated early. The team was responsive to our questions, adapted quickly as our requirements evolved and took the time to understand the research-driven nature of T2K Labs’ work. They also involved us in validating key changes before considering each milestone complete, which made the overall process collaborative and transparent.

What impressed us most was Rambunct’s AWS expertise and understanding of our research and product-development goals. We colllabarated with the team at Rambunct to deliver fully managed capabilities and deploy artificial intelligence applications for their AWS stores. This implementation would automatically break down complex user requests into logical steps, converse to gather missing details, execute APIs, and query enterprise data sources, all of which producing a much higher and effective performance.

Rambunct developed a custom contact control panel with a tailored UI integrated with our existing queues. The team also provided ongoing support to fine-tune the platform and ensure it had the expected functionality.
