6. AWS Pod identity will demonstrate how a pod should have a dedicated role, distinct from the node role itself. 
7. AWS storage with EFS/S3. 
8. Documentation for a 6- to 12-month roadmap on AWS based on the findings.

They created roles and permissions so that there are two types of admins. One has access to most AWS resources, but a higher security client's resources are blocked from view. The other admin only has access to the higher level client's content. They also created a role that could modify IAM credentials but could do nothing else

• roles and permissions that we can use to plug into our break-glass procedure

They were communicative, reliable and gave good suggestions. It was easy to work with them despite our time zones being 6 hours apart. They were able to clear up a lot of our confusion and indecision coming into the project and we appreciated how clear their deliverables were.

They made sure everything was done and to our liking before requesting payment. They had me test and verify everything first. That was much appreciated, and I didn't feel rushed to pay if I wasn't sure about the results.

I would have liked to do a video call or two throughout the process. There was some initial confusion and indecision on our part that I think would have been cleared up quickly by a video call. This work was spread out over a few weeks and possibly could have been a bit quicker if a video call or two had been scheduled
