We started a content writing project as part of a new outbound marketing strategy; the main aim is to optimize SEO, write relevant content, and increase website traffic.

Raccoon Writing created the content strategy and 19 business and technology articles following the SEO outlines (planning 40+ articles). They professionally learned about our specific synthetic data industry and wrote high-quality content.

As a result, we increased the website traffic 2X and the number of demo sessions with ready-to-buy prospects by 60%. We also saw the lead conversion to demo sessions from the articles, which is great.

We launched our blog together with Raccoon Writing, so we started everything from scratch. As a result, if we are talking about the period from January 2021 till July 2021, we achieved amazing results! First of all, we have 400% growth in our daily impressions.

Secondly, our organic traffic is growing every day and we attract more and more marketing qualified leads. Thirdly, our positions in Google are steadily growing.

We have a shared Trello board that makes all content writing processes easier. We can see what articles are coming soon, in what stage is a certain content piece etc. Also, we are communicating with each other through email, and from time to time we have video calls. Our workflow is effective, we always meet deadlines and stay in touch.

Every topic was well-researched, all the guidelines were followed, as a result, the content had a top quality!
