The project manager we were assigned to was accessible and responsive. In most cases, they initiated communication to clarify any inconsistencies in the brief or request some additional information. For regular project communication, we used Asana, but we also relied on Gmail for more strategic purposes.

I was blown away by the attitude they have toward work on challenging tech or creative topics. Because I know just how limited creative writing resource is - and Raccoon Writing were the first to break this stereotype.
