The measurable outcomes were a planning where we discussed on weekly base the progress of the development.

Quytech completely failed in delvery of the app within the agreed timeframe of 4 months. After the deadline had passed (complete delivery of the functional app in January 2023), I confronted Quytech that they still were not ready. The Sales Director then suddenly denied about having made a guarantee about the deadline in 4 months. I confronted him with his own words on recording and he still did not acknowledge his guarantee. He no longer responded on this proof of guarantee. The manager of the project said that the deadline was caused by errors on their server and the project kept dragging towards May 2024 where I then stopped working with Quytech and hired a lawyer to get involved. In the meantime I had a meeting with the founder who refused to refund my paid amount of the project. We are now still in legal procedures in India where Quiytech is located.

The only positive I can say was that they were willing to have a meeting on a weekly base. However, although we had a weekly meeting, they still managed to miss the deadline and kept prmissing that the project would end by the next month, and the next one and next one....

Imprivement on Quality because eventhough Quytech used months more time, they were still not able to deliver the app as required. The app crashed on numerous occasions and although I showed them proof, Quytech kept dragging the project onwards until I decided to hire Legal help.

My complaints about late deliver was initially acknowledge but after I stopped the cooperation after seven months because the app was still not finished and crashing, Quytech said that I was too blame because I took to long to approve the designing?
