OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Quytech to accomplish?
- We needed an app that conveyed the science, sophistication, and sheer comfort behind our offerings but we didn’t want just another shopping app. We envisioned something that felt almost like a digital comfort advisor: a place where users could understand their sleep patterns, explore our products in an interactive manner, and connect with our brand as naturally as they would when walking into one of our retail locations. That was the challenge we gave to Quytech: translate a tactile, body-responsive technology into an experience that fits smoothly into a mobile screen without losing its essence.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
It became clear early on that they understood this wasn’t a conventional e-commerce project. I remember our first strategy workshop where we demonstrated how SmartGRID bends and adapts to touch. Their team immediately started brainstorming ways to represent that responsiveness in the digital space. They suggested creating a motion-driven interface element that reacted to user gestures an idea that felt bold but surprisingly on-brand. This set the stage for the entire engagement, where creativity met practicality in a way that felt almost effortless.
The scope expanded into a complete mobile ecosystem. Quytech crafted a personalized onboarding experience that asked thoughtful questions about users’ sleep habits, lifestyle, posture, and pain points. This wasn’t just a form embedded into a screen; it felt conversational, gently guiding users toward the products that suited them best.
They also built an interactive SmartGRID visualization module, which was arguably the most challenging yet rewarding part of the project. Users could drag, press, or rotate the model to understand how SmartGRID responds to pressure and movement—something we had struggled to communicate effectively online before. Alongside this, they improved the product pages with dynamic comparison tools, layered visuals, and explanatory animations that removed confusion from the decision process.
The app also connected online and offline experiences in a seamless manner. With more than a hundred and fifty stores across the country, the store-locator tool needed to be precise, fast, and deeply integrated. Quytech executed this with a mapping system that allowed users to schedule trials, check availability, and even chat with local store representatives. They also built a cohesive after-sales section that finally gave customers a centralized place for warranty registration, care instructions, and direct customer support.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The results became clear in ways that felt tangible. Our teams noticed customers spending more time exploring the app’s educational elements, and the SmartGRID demonstration feature quickly became a staff favorite during store consultations. Customer service teams also experienced fewer misunderstandings during post-purchase interactions because the app provided clear guidance that customers could refer back to at any time. Even small details like the way transitions moved between product previews created a sense of smoothness that aligned beautifully with our brand’s promise of comfort.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
They maintained a pace that respected our deadlines but also adapted gracefully whenever internal priorities shifted or new product launches demanded immediate integration. Their communication was consistently clear, and they made it easy for our team to keep track of updates without feeling overwhelmed. Several times, they anticipated our needs before we voiced them. For example, just before our Diwali marketing campaign, they had already optimized several critical screens because they predicted higher traffic a proactive gesture that saved us from potential bottlenecks.
What was your primary form of communication with Quytech?
- Virtual Meeting
- Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What distinguished them most was their ability to unify design, storytelling, and technical execution. They didn’t treat this project as a catalogue or a transactional platform; they approached it almost as if they were building a digital reflection of our philosophy. Their awareness of how comfort, movement, and emotion play into purchase decisions helped shape features that felt both functional and empathetic. Not many development partners take the time to understand a brand at that depth.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Quytech could have done differently?
Some of our early product visuals and specs required multiple revisions to fit into the new interface designs, and a more structured onboarding for content integration might have made the early stages smoother. Still, once these elements were harmonized, the rest of the process unfolded with strong momentum and thoughtful execution.
