I'm the CEO of Don't Be A Little Pitch, a PR and marketing agency that builds brands through compelling content, third-party reviews, and media strategies to help clients captivate and engage their target audiences.

What challenge were you trying to address with Quokka Hub?

We had an unorganized culture in a team that didn't have any performance plans, culture-building initiatives, or review systems. Our operations were a mess.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Quokka Hub helped us understand our team's personality traits and how each member gets motivated. The team also helped us figure out our compensation system and employment upgrade and promotion system. Quokka Hub put together and outlined our whole performance system, including our culture reviews, employee motivation, games, personality, monthly stand-ups, and monthly and quarterly performance reports.Quokka Hub set and built performance plans for the team, including production, employment, and operation plans. The team also helped us build OKRs, KPIs, and time-off trackers and then built a motivation plan and tracking system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Quokka Hub's work led to a 30% increase in employee satisfaction and output performance. We tracked performance scores, satisfaction survey results, and production output through monthly reports and check-ins, as well as through performance reports on Monday.com, which Quokka Hub set up. We saw improvement along the way. It was a lot easier for my employees to see their progression and feel motivated.

Quokka Hub delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adding more post-project follow-up sessions could have helped us better understand the very positive results we were having.  Their reporting is exceptional, however having their team sit down with us and explain what the data meant in layman's terms greatly helped.
