What was the challenge that you were trying to address?  

We were in search of a leading IT company that could help us with several challenges. We wanted all our recommendations to go through an online portal so that we could have a much higher penetration across the country. Apart from that, we also wanted our key business parameters to be performed online rather than manually. These include our financial management and stocks advisory services. Even a non-tech savvy client should be able to interact with our web portal with ease and convenience. We needed a vendor who had an in-depth understanding of technology as well as domain expertise in finance and the stock market.
