We hired Que Cálido to develop our full brand identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Que Cálido handled the full branding process for Chimichurri to the People. Their scope included brand strategy, naming, visual identity, packaging design, tone of voice, and brand narrative. They also provided creative direction for art, photography, and social media, making sure everything felt cohesive and true to our concept.

I found Que Cálido® through a referral from someone who had worked with them and highly recommended their creative approach. We chose Que Cálido because of their unique mix of strategic thinking and bold creativity. From the first conversation, they truly understood the essence of our brand and showed a genuine passion for bringing it to life in a way that felt fresh, global, and distinctly ours.

We worked together from January–April 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the clearest signs of success was how well the new brand identity was received by our audience. From the moment we launched it, we got incredibly positive feedback both on social media and in person. People consistently mentioned how fresh, original, and authentic the branding felt and how well it captured the spirit of our food concept. It was amazing to see how emotionally people connected with the brand, and there’s no doubt it helped us grow our presence in the market.

While we didn’t go into the project with rigid KPIs, we saw some clear, tangible results after launching the new brand identity. We saw increased social media engagement and a notable increase in DMs and inquiries, including messages from potential collaborators and the press. Internally, the new identity gave our team a renewed sense of direction; it aligned everyone and helped us communicate with more clarity and confidence.

What impressed us most about working with Que Cálido® was their deep understanding of the gastronomic world and their ability to translate a culinary concept into a bold, emotional visual identity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The experience was so positive that there’s very little we would’ve changed. Whenever we had questions post-delivery, the team was always willing to jump in and support us, even after the project wrapped.

Now that we have a brand we are able to develop digital sales channels. That ended in a fast growth of our sales.

The first thing they gave us before entering in any creative discussion was a complete time table with every step scheduled of the journey. While we were going forward on the brand development they were updating our timeline after every goal or event.
