Report with vulnterabilities that were found. And then after the period with all the medium and high vulnerabilities fixed they providede an attestation letter proving the effords made in order to fix those vulnerabilities.

We have conducted the penetration testing and provided the report. Their development team properly fix all the issues and we conduct the retest to ensure all the issues are fixed.
