I am the director at a company that provides services for product solutions and customised software development services in mobile and web.

We want out product to be more polished and bug free with using external testing company.

We took decision based on cost , their team experience and understanding on the project discussion.

It is Single vendor E-commerce system .Which comes with admin backend for vendor/owner plus website , and mobile app for customer

What was the team composition?

first we hired full time dedicated one resource after at some point we need two of them team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Now our product is in really a very good stage with 80% of criteria achieved.Still some work is going on .

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the project manager assigned was really good and easy to communicate with in details of understanding what there team member are doing and how the update will be focused.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have good knowledge and are understanding, professional, and active.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would suggest don't limit the numbers on issue which should be maximum also I would suggest to follow module by module which will give better understanding where the testing is reached.
