The most concrete outcome is a production-ready platform delivered in 1.5 week that actually works as intended—which sounds basic but isn’t always the case with complex web projects. We’ve had stable performance since launch with no major technical issues. We’re still in early stages for business metrics like user acquisition and retention, but the technical foundation is solid and performing exactly as needed.

They delivered on time—actually way ahead of schedule on several milestones, which was a first for me with projects of this complexity. Communication was clear and consistent throughout; they provided regular updates without me having to chase them down. What impressed me most was their responsiveness to my needs—they didn’t just react to requests, they anticipated potential issues and proactively offered solutions. When I did have questions or wanted adjustments, turnaround was quick, usually within hours rather than days.

But what really struck me was how they applied that expertise: with remarkable speed without sacrificing attention to detail, professional execution that never felt corporate or distant, and a kindness in their approach that made the entire process enjoyable rather than stressful.
The pricing was fair and transparent, which is almost unheard of for this level of technical capability. Most firms with their talent charge premium rates and still deliver slower. Fawzi and his team genuinely care about getting things right—they caught details I would have missed and proactively improved aspects of the project I hadn’t even considered.
I’ve worked with enough agencies to know this combination is exceptionally rare. You usually have to choose between speed, quality, cost, and service. Somehow Qualia Solutions delivers on all fronts.
