We’ve had stable performance since launch with no major technical issues. We’re still in early stages for business metrics like user acquisition and retention, but the technical foundation is solid and performing exactly as needed.

But what really struck me was how they applied that expertise: with remarkable speed without sacrificing attention to detail, professional execution that never felt corporate or distant, and a kindness in their approach that made the entire process enjoyable rather than stressful.
The pricing was fair and transparent, which is almost unheard of for this level of technical capability. Most firms with their talent charge premium rates and still deliver slower. Fawzi and his team genuinely care about getting things right—they caught details I would have missed and proactively improved aspects of the project I hadn’t even considered.
