Key Deliverables: selected benchmark datasets together with their assessment The scope of work entails: 

• Identifying and providing an initial characterization of benchmark datasets for scoring, complemented by a preliminary assessment of the indicators. 
• Analyzing previous outcomes in this field to ascertain which models have proven most effective, utilizing a State-of-the-Art approach. 
• Designing and testing models against the benchmark datasets. 
• Investigating the importance of distinct attributes and pinpointing those that recur. 
• Compiling a thorough report detailing the findings. 
• Researching data sources that align with the attributes discussed earlier, to potentially evaluate the reliability of BE client users and determine the risk of individual transactions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success was demonstrated by obtaining the good quality deliverable report as well as the assessed datasets which enabled BE to achieve the overall goal of the project, that is, decreasing the manual review of possible fraud queries by a minimum of 25% relative to the sector's norm.

The implementation of XAI tools enhances the transparency of the model's decisions, increasing customer trust.

This results in significant operational efficiency, reduced labor time, cost optimization, and increased revenue, translating into improved financial results and greater user satisfaction.
