QCK has initially focused on our highest traffic landing pages and our best-selling products to test various elements to drive higher sales volume. The team has built a custom landing page for one specific marketing campaign. On the site, we've tested carousel image placement on product detail pages (PDPs), product title, review, and price placement. We've also tested CTA button colors and sticky or non-sticky announcement headers.

We've seen a number of increases in CTR to the next step in the funnel but have not yet seen any significant results on conversion and revenue. I realize these tests are micro-steps that should ultimately result in increased conversions and higher revenue as our goal.

In just 90 days, Shopify showed total sales up 15% and average order value (AOV) up 12%. On the SEO side, we saw total keywords increase by 43% and a 374% jump in page-one keywords, which resulted in a 31% increase in organic users, 46% increase in organic purchases, and 43% increase in organic revenue.

QCK delivered on time, and their project management was good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything was quite good. I think blog post and collection page formatting and visual content could have been improved to be visually exceptional from a customer UI perspective - but from a purely SEO perspective, it was quite good. Written content was well done. There were edits required to most content pieces (as expected), but generally these were minimal.
