I am the CEO of Vemessage PTY LTD. We are specialised in Cloud based services to help mainly societies & hospitals to increase productivity by reducing manual paper based repetitive work.

Qasim was the lead UI/UX developer who managed the complete project life cycle from start to finish. He was outstanding in understanding the requirements and creating quick mockups to help customer better understand the requirements. He also designed the complete UI/UX for this project and did an outstanding work.

We found them through referral.

We did the swot analysis and provided its complete report to the customer and then went on and did complete requirements gathering exercise for them before deciding which technology stack we will use and what features they would need. We used Java as backend, API driven framework.

We have 5 people from our team worked with around 5-6 team members from the client side. Our team included Qasim UI/UX, Frontend developer, Mobile Developer, Project Manager, Backend Developer & an architect. From client side we had their Electrical engineer, Accounts Head, CFO, President, Junior Electrical Staff etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to deliver project on time and no budget. Infect our team did an outstanding work and we hardly got any support query or request from the customer.

We used Slack as communication tool internally and WhatsApp Groups with the client.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Due to personal interest from the president or CEO of that company we had access to the whole team and their responsiveness were impressive. I would say this all due to CEO personal involvement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We though we did an outstanding job I would say we could have achieved more better result had there been a comprehensive documentation from client side.

I’m the Sr. AR Developer in a AR/VR development company that provides Augmented reality Virtual reality solutions, UX research, and product management consulting to startups and small businesses.

We hired Qasim to provide UI/ UX our end client. He needed to deliver wireframes, workflows, and UI process improvements for both mobile and web application development.

From LinkedIn. and than after seeing his portfolio i decided to go with Qasim.

Qasim first research the user experience Phenomena the user requirements. Then create wireframes and prototyping with our team. After confirmation Qasim designed the low-fidelity wireframes, which he would convert to high-fidelity versions after another round of approval. The client and our team would then review the high-fidelity wireframes.

Qasim only worked individually.

Project was created successfully. It was for USA based company and it was marketing base activity app. So App got huge marketing return.

During project Qasim provided Daily updates and he was very responsive. And up for new challenges.

The company is really enthusiastic.

We don't think so he need improvements. But learning is a on going process so he should keep himself updated.

I’m the CEO of a children’s book publishing company. We’re working on a 4D augmented reality app that helps children learn through education empowerment and entertainment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Qasim.uiux?

We wanted to build an experience around a book we were releasing. We came up with the idea of developing a 4D augmented reality app and we hired Qasim.uiux to help us with the UX design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qasim (Founder) worked on the UX design of our solution for our mobile application. The app is for both iOS and Android. He created the flows, and he was instrumental in making sure that the flow was user friendly for kids when it came to the coloring, layouts, flow, and messaging.

What is the team composition?

We just worked with Qasim.

How did you come to work with Qasim.uiux?

I had hired a developer that has a good relationship with Qasim. They’ve worked together on similar applications in the past, so it was a no brainer to bring them on board.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2020, and the first phase of the project has ended. It is an ongoing project. We are about to release the first version of the app and for version 2 we will engage with Qasim again to design the UX.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I manage people that develop applications, so I’m very familiar with user experience and things like that, and Qasim’s work was definitely top-notch. The secondary part of that is that we have been showcasing the app a little bit, and the reception has been absolutely amazing. People are very excited and looking forward to the app.

How did Qasim.uiux perform from a project management standpoint?

Asana was one of the tools we used, and communication was through WhatsApp. The communication style was excellent, and we have never had any issues. He showed us pictures, rough drafts, design ideas, and things like that so it was great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It has been absolutely amazing. The UX design is awesome and looks beautiful.

They created a design that fit the needs of our target audience. The outcome was perfect. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. If there were any major improvements, I would have told them, but I didn’t have any issues. I think we are in good hands.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As long as you communicate and share what your vision is and go through the rounds of revisions, I think you will be in good hands.

Our app now looks very professional and has become a very important digital property for us. Prior to this. Having one website to include all company details but more importantly, an interactive experience around work portfolio and communication allows us to manage all leads and share new information on our projects effortlessly.

It's effective in the delivery of the project in the given timeline. Their workflow is very startup-like, they are Professional and rapidly adapt to changing needs as and when new data or feedback appears.

Their Collaboration and ever-presence to help out the customer, a lot of the time going above and beyond what is expected of them. Qasim.uiux writes every little detail during the brainstorming process.
