You need coaching from someone who understands the problems with automation. It’s not easy work. To be successful, you need someone that knows about automation.

I,m the CTO of a computer software company. We have offices in Uruguay but we have customers in many countries like Argentina, Brasil, Chile Paraguay, México, Guatemala, USA. We have companies that distribute our products in other countries (Toolnology Argentina, CEOS IT Brasil).

Before QAlified, we spend a lot of project time testing, and the quality of the product was not as good as we expected. By hiring QAlified, we were able to automatize the testing, change our mind about unit testing, and develop our product to it can be tested.

QAlified coached as in this, and teach us techniques of testing. Also, they made a lot of testing of our product, improving the quality and helped us to deliver more versions of the product in less time.

It wasn´t an easy decision. However It was a recommendation of a friend of another company who worked in a project with them. The references were very good, we had an enterview and after a long discussion with the board we decided to hire them. It was an excelente decision.

We automatize GeneXus code generation. GeneXus is a low code platform, and in our daily work, we create GeneXus extensions. The aim of the extensions is to improve GeneXus UX, by generating GeneXus code and UI objects. For every deliverable, we study which are the main features, we estimate time, and we start implementing them and testing. The technologies used are: - SQL Server - Javascript - Css - C# - GeneXus.

In the beginning when we need to define how to work there were three people, but after a month we continue working with two of the team.

This year we were able to release 6 versions, and it was an achievement, without QAlified this would have been impossible. We were able to make key changes to the product, impossible to do without good testing.

We use Trello to describe the most important features of our products and prioritize them using Scrum principles. After that, we add the issues in Mantis and we use SVN for version control. We also use Jenkins for continuous integration. We are expected to deliver a version every three months.

The knowledge of the staff who worked with us. The time they spend teaching us, and the magic they have done using a lot of different tools, to improve the testing of the product. For every problem we have, they have a better tool to solve it. They were very good at it. We get very surprised by the results.

Yes, maybe if I had known about this company some years earlier, I would have had fewer headaches when developing software.
