I’m a software developer at National Security Group. We’re an insurance carrier offering insurance products such as property and casualty, annuities, and life insurance.

We hired QA Wolf to handle the end-to-end testing of our software. We wanted to take the burden of testing off our employees and allow them to focus on their job responsibilities. We also wanted them to create repeatable flows that mimic user interaction.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

QA Wolf has found at least 30 hidden bugs within our insurance application management system that would have otherwise taken hundreds of hours to find. The team has taken the burden of testing off our employees and allowed them to do their actual job instead.QA Wolf has delivered bug reports and created automated user-interaction flows. These flows allow us to make a change to the codebase, rerun the flow, and complete the bug report as a result.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve saved hundreds of manual labor hours that would have otherwise been spent on manually testing our software. QA Wolf has automated that process for us and allowed our employees to focus on their true job responsibilities instead.Our software is much more bug-free, and we’ve saved a lot of back-and-forth between pushing out changes and knowing that bugs will be caught.

How did QA Wolf perform from a project management standpoint?

QA Wolf has published new bug reports almost daily and is extremely quick at fixing any of their flows that don’t initially function correctly. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

QA Wolf has been writing automated e2e tests with AI assistance. The team has been managing the tests, notifying us of bugs, and running tests regularly. So far, they’ve written 150 tests and maintained them for over a year.
