We knew where we wanted to go, but we also knew we needed some helping getting there. the key deliverable for this project was a scope of work for a future engagement to help us meet our goals.

I am the founder of ORBITAL Academy. ORBITAL Academy is an education company focused on developing critical business skills for software development teams. Our core product is a self-paced online training course called CREATING WITH A CONSULTING MINDSET.

I hired Publicover & Co to develop the marketing content for our website and a series of engagement emails for students enrolled in our course.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They came highly recommended to me by a close friend and I thought their own content on their website was a good match for the writing style I was looking for.

We began with a discovery session where Dana and her team walked me through a series of exercises to help them better understand the problem domain and the solution I was providing. The exercise also worked to show all of us how much I understood about the market fit for the product I was building.

Her team then interviewed a series of people that could be customers and worked to validate the product idea and gather common language around how to describe the solution that would be applied to the marketing language. They then produced the website copy that I used to build our website around and they produced a series of engagement emails to help encourage students to complete the course.
