Proven reality has designed, developed and delivered virtual reality experience for one of our projects to allow our customer to train engineers, so they can operate and maintain hardware effectively. Also, virtual reality solution was used during presentations and events to engage with potential customers and give them engaging and immersive demo experience. 

Scope included developing 3D model from scratch, animations to interact with different parts of the model, business logic for training and assessment.

The quantity and quality of implemented functionality within the agreed time frame and budget for a two-week sprint and for the entire project.

The functionality, as well as the criteria for accepting the functionality, were defined and agreed upon before each two-week sprint. The agreed-upon tasks were completed on time.

The need for functionality and the possibility of its implementation were agreed upon at online meetings between technical specialists and as a result, before the sprint, not only the functions critical to implementation were determined, but also the way to implement them to ensure the required deadlines. And as a result the project was finished on time with all crutial functionality. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Proven reality could have done differently?

Every company has growth points and we think that Proven reality has such points. However, we cannot make any recommendations at this time.

• Proven Reality as our continued premium partner working in this project where ChatGPT Integration required with Pepper Humanoid Robot for GITEX Event in Africa for one of our prestigious client.

The scope of work included:

Initial Consultation and Planning:

• Understanding our specific requirements and objectives for the project.
• Developing a detailed plan for utilizing the Pepper robot to maximize engagement and showcase  innovative capabilities.

Customization and Programming:

• Working on UI/UX to interact with client's ChatGPT resources to be accessed via Pepper Robot for LIVE interaction at the event..
• Customizing the Pepper robot’s software to align with our brand and messaging.
• Programming the robot to interact with visitors, provide information, and perform demonstrations.

Setup and Integration:

• Setting up the Pepper robot at our exhibition booth.
• Ensuring seamless integration with our existing booth setup and technology.

Proven Realty delivered the desired VR solution which we were able to use for our client on site. This helped us to speed up the timelines fo the project in hand.
