We used this to build a remediation backlog, closed the critical/high items first, and validated fixes via re-testing—resulting in a measurable reduction in open high-severity issues and a stronger overall security posture (improved access control/authentication hardening and more secure configurations).

After Protagonist’s engagement, both engineering and stakeholders reported higher confidence in our security posture because the findings were clearly explained, prioritized, and tied to concrete remediation steps. The process improved shared understanding of the system’s attack surface, made it easier to plan and track remediation work, and gave us stronger confidence in releases and external security reviews thanks to validated fixes and improved documentation/operational practices.
