I'm the CEO of Armada Esports, Argentina's first pre-gaming center. We have the country's best PCs available by the hour in a space built for the gamer community.

What challenge were you trying to address with Proof Engine?

We needed to improve our technology. Our main goal was to have a system that was simple and easy to use for everyone, including our users and us as admins. We wanted a smooth, straightforward experience for our players and customers and a platform we could manage easily on the backend without any complications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Proof Engine has taken charge of building and improving the platform we use to manage Armada Esports. The scope covers the full system, from the user-facing side where our players and customers interact to the admin side we use internally to run day-to-day operations.
On the user side, they've delivered an easy-to-use booking system where players can reserve their PC or PS5 sessions, a loyalty points system that rewards customers for the hours they play (points that can be redeemed for perks and discounts), and a personal profile where each user can track their bookings, points, and rewards.
On the admin side, they've built a dashboard where we manage everything internally, including bookings, users, pricing and packages, the loyalty economy, and reporting. It's organized into clear sections so we can handle day-to-day operations quickly and keep everything under control.

We met them at our office. They came as clients first, then suggested improving our technology. We chose them because they were very polite and professional and had an idea for a great solution for us. They were also very transparent.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest outcome has been moving from a manual, scattered way of managing the club to a single system that centralizes everything. Bookings that used to be handled by hand are now self-service, saving us time every day and cutting down on errors and double bookings. The loyalty system has also given us a real tool to bring customers back more often.
Overall, our operation is faster, more organized, and easier to scale, and the experience for our players is much smoother than before. It's mainly time saved on admin tasks and fewer errors. Booking and tracking sessions used to be manual and time-consuming, with the occasional double booking. Now that it's centralized and self-service, day-to-day management is faster, and those mistakes are basically gone, so we can focus on the players instead of the admin side.
It's hard to pin down exact numbers, but we've gained at least 30% efficiency. The bigger impact, though, is retention. None of our competitors have a system like this, so it's a real differentiator that keeps clients coming back to Armada.

How did Proof Engine perform from a project management standpoint?

They've delivered perfectly. They're very professional and transparent. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most is that they've truly understood our business before proposing anything. They came in as clients first, saw how we operated, and then suggested a solution that actually fits our needs instead of a generic product. On top of that, they've been transparent and professional throughout the whole process.
