We hire Prologic Designs to design our software application on the web

The goals were to have a very user-friendly and intuitive designs

How did you select this vendor?

Interviewed him and looked at their previous work to make sure we were hiring the right agency

Once we hired the vendor, we have several meetings to go over the details of the project. The vendor asked us about seller avatar and gave some really good suggestions on what would make the project a success. Darshan was very involved in the project details and was committed to make it a success

We worked directly with the project manager

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have gotten very positive feedback from our customers about the look and feel of our website and how simple it is to use our application

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. The communication was great and Darshan made himself available whenever we needed him

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their understanding of the project and what we wanted to deliver really impressed me. They took ownership of the project and put themselves in the customers' shoes to understand the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. I have been SUPER happy with the work and plan to continue working with them on many projects to come

I am a director two platform development companies. One is based out of Atlanta, USA and another is based out of Bangalore, India. We are specialized in platform development for startups/early stage companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Prologic Designs?

Out company started 3 years back and didn't have UX designer. We knew the importance of prototype designs in a product development. The more thought process and time invested at prototype design stage will save significant time and money required for the platform by reducing the need of any rework. That's how we got in connected with Prologic Designs

What were your goals for this project?

We did two projects. The first one is UX design for the MVP of a tutoring app. The second project was preparing UX designs for promo images to be placed in play store.

We wanted to tell a story to the prospective users through these promo images. Mr Darshan really did it beautifully.

How did you select this vendor?

We needed someone who is expertise in UX designs. I personally knew Darshan for a while and the engagement with him was organic development of business relationship.

Describe the project in detail.

The tutoring app client had provided only broad requirement list. Prologic Designs founder Mr Darshan Joshi understood the requirement in detail and confined the idea into specific app screens for each type of users. We had to do couple of iterations but it really helped to speedup the development.

What was the team composition?

I personally only connected with Prologic Designs founder Darshan but knew that he has a team to deliver the project. I collected feedback from my internal team and partners to make it easy for him.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Both projected released to the market very recently and yet to asses the progress.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was one to one and very effective

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are impressed by the translation of our ideas to a real images to seen accurately. Any complex requirements need lots of thought process to confine to simple UX designs. Darshan and team know it very well and delivered always

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am not sure if anything is really missing. May be designs can be made little more better with catching color combinations of the target users in mind. The scripts/sentences also important in UX designs. Creative write-ups also helps to improve the service.
