They’re responsive, punctual, and the project is going well. Whenever I need to talk to them, they communicate via Skype, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Additionally, they give us all the information about everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I had gone to another provider before Justgoweb, but they weren’t very responsive, and their services weren’t that good. I have no plans on moving from Justgoweb.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There can improve the high traffic keywords, as our website is not ranking there, and it is taking so much time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Start slowly, use keywords with lower volume, and slowly start going with higher volume keywords; otherwise, you will not get anything.

I needed someone to develop an e-commerce website for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Justgoweb developed my website on Shopify. I just had an abstract concept, and they made it real. They were in charge of a lot of the design work on the website, and the UI/UX design was completely on them.

During the process, I took their expert opinion on what would look good. They found a font that matched my logo really well, and they structured the site in a way that really matched what I told them. They also changed the size of all of my product pictures to suit what I was already making for my social media.

I worked with an assistant project manager and a senior consultant from Justgoweb.

How did you come to work with Justgoweb Digital?

A friend of my family recommended them to me. They seemed really confident and organized than other providers, so I went with them. I’m really happy that I did.

We spent around $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–May 2021. Justgoweb finished most of the work in April, but the payment gateway integration took an extra month, and the whole process got delayed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m really happy with Justgoweb’s design work, and I was delivered a beautiful and very easy-to-use website. The customer feedback that I’m getting is very positive as well. On top of that, it was a pleasure working with them on the design front because I didn’t have to put much thought into it.

I didn’t need to provide them a lot of feedback either because their first round of revision was great. Often, they sent me a great design, and I gave them my approval. However, they constantly thought that they could do better, and they shared another option the next day.

They chose to use Shopify, which was a great decision, and they’ve made it easy for me to have an independent business and run everything on my own. Now, I don’t have to go back to them for anything — that's a huge success.

How did Justgoweb Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Justgoweb’s project management is excellent. They were very organized and excellent with their timelines, and they never overcommitted to anything. Usually, we communicated via WhatsApp and email.

They were experts in the matter, which made them very easy to communicate with. Whenever I told them something in my own layman’s language, they figured it out and didn’t use technical language on me, which was a relief.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I had some challenging specifications for my website because my products are very specific. However, Justgoweb made everything really easy for me, so I didn’t have to do double work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could have improved on. What they did for me was impressive, and I’m a happy customer.

Try to get everything ready before you engage with them because they work really fast. They were so efficient and quick that they were following up with me constantly.

After hiring Justgoweb for my digital marketing business, I am well on my way to getting increased regular customer traffic on the site. Which has helped to stabilize and grow my business

Regular communication for me was the most important part of my agenda which I expressed to Aditya at the onset. We were able to set up a schedule and my team interacted closely with the Justgoweb, who sent us reports and updates regularly.

They have different departments for web development and SEO. The staff was same all over the project. In total if you talk about design , development team & SEO team than 5-6 people on my project. But i must say there team coordination is very good.

Yes with the website we are more visible in the digital word. With software it saves our time in coordinating with clients in timely manner like sending Itineary, follow up reminders, linking with website etc. With SEO, Organically we are growing and ranking on google pages.

We hired the JustGoWeb team to develop a brand new website for our company. Our goal was to have a state-of-the-art site that gives us a digital presence and makes it easier for us to reach and disseminate information about our vehicles to existing and potential customers.

We searched online and came across JustGoWeb through a basic Google search. A quick phone call with Aditya helped us get comfortable with the vendor. He knew what he was talking about and took time to understand our requirements and gave a proposal that was specific to our ask, rather than some basic template based proposal. We checked out their portfolio and were impressed by their previous work both in terms of the UI / UX design and the development.

Flexibility with price was the final deciding factor that made us choose JustGoWeb because given their quality of work, we felt their price ask was genuine and would give us value for money.

We were assigned Sujeet as our Project Manager. Sujeet took time to understand what we needed and came back with a plan to deliver the same using the Wordpress technology. Ours was a static website but still JustGoWeb team did not compromise on UI / UX. Rather than giving us pre-defined templates, they created wireframes and did multiple iterations with us to freeze the design and usability of the site.

Post this development work started. The team did a great job at testing because everytime a page came to us for feedback, we always found little to no bugs at all.

A full-time project manager worked with us throughout the process. On the back-end, he worked with the appropriate UI / UX designers and developers to get the work done.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We will be launching our website tomorrow so it will be some time before we can quantify its success. However, the fact that we have been trying to build a website for last 2 - 3 years now and even tried multiple vendors in the past without much success says a lot about how big a success JustGoWeb team has achieved for us. We are live today with a beautiful and very functional website.

They were extremely patient with us. We did not have much information (content / images/ what we wanted on the site) consolidated before we started with JustGoWeb however, they continued to support us through out the difficult time to ensure we made slow but sure progress. We mainly used Emails / Whatsapp Calls / regular calls for communication.

They are always on time with their deliverables, in most cases, earlier than expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about JustGoWeb is their people. Real, genuine people with no attitude who are invested in the success of their client, no matter what it takes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be very helpful if they can get a graphic designer on board, We had to get banner work from outside with a freelancer. It would have been ideal if they could have handled that part too (we would have been happy to pay extra for it) so one party could manage end-to-end. Would have saved some time and effort for everyone.
