The primary measure of success has been the successful development of a complex, feature-rich platform that is nearing launch readiness. The team has delivered the core application, AI integrations, sports data integrations, subscription infrastructure, and key user-facing features while remaining responsive to feedback and evolving requirements.

The team has been excellent from a project management and communication standpoint. They are highly responsive, easy to work with, and always willing to collaborate on new ideas and solutions. They have done a great job translating our vision into a working product while remaining flexible and responsive to feedback throughout the development process.

Their communication, responsiveness, and collaborative approach have been the most impressive aspects overall. They have consistently worked with us to refine ideas, solve problems, and turn a complex vision into reality, making them feel more like a partner than a vendor.

The project has involved a significant amount of complexity and evolving requirements, so there have naturally been adjustments throughout the process. However, Proglia has been receptive to feedback and proactive in addressing challenges. At this stage, I don't have any major areas for improvement to highlight.

Proglia built and maintains the full technical stack for Project Rebuilt. Deliverables include website development and ongoing maintenance, a custom AI-powered Protocol Builder tool, GoHighLevel CRM infrastructure and automation, email deliverability setup across transactional and marketing sending domains, and mobile app development. The work spans both new builds and iterative improvements as the business has scaled.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Protocol Builder launched and is actively used by clients. The website is live and converting. GHL automations are running across the customer journey. Email infrastructure was configured and resolved deliverability issues that were affecting outbound performance. The mobile app is in active development with milestones being hit on schedule. The business has grown from early-stage to a functioning multi-channel operation with Proglia supporting the technical layer throughout.

Hamza is responsive and stays on top of active workstreams. When priorities shift or something needs to move fast, he adjusts without friction. Communication happens through Slack and he keeps things moving without needing to be micromanaged. There have been complex builds with a lot of moving pieces and the work has stayed organized throughout.

They actually understand what they’re building. A lot of dev contractors can execute a task list but don’t grasp the business context behind it. Proglia took the time to understand the Project Rebuilt system and that shows up in how they approach problems. They’re not just writing code, they’re thinking about what the product needs to do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Proglia could have done differently?

Proactive status updates could be more consistent. When multiple workstreams are running at once, it helps to get a brief heads-up on where things stand without having to ask. That’s a minor thing in the context of an otherwise solid working relationship.

They handled everything end-to-end, including the technical architecture, data pipelines, AI automation, and dashboard development, delivering a scalable solution that increased qualified leads and helped us onboard clients quickly.

After taking the effort to fully comprehend our business requirements, Proglia offered a customized blockchain solution.  This is what they produced:

Blockchain Framework: A decentralized, transparent, and impenetrable system that safely records real estate transactions.

Proglia developed smart contracts for real estate transactions, automating contracts and eliminating the need for middlemen, which ultimately saved us time and money.

Tenant Verification & Payments: To lower the risk of fraud and streamline operations, they created a safe system for tenant verification and blockchain-based payment processing.

The project was finished in phases, with frequent feedback meetings, and it was constantly modified to accommodate our changing requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our transactions are now much more efficient and safe thanks to the blockchain system.  Our clients have expressed satisfaction with the seamless, transparent procedures, and we have observed a discernible decrease in human errors.  Additionally, the smart contracts expedite agreements, cutting down on delays, and the tenant verification procedure has improved significantly.

Proglia did an excellent job managing the project.  They were incredibly attentive to our needs and always delivered on schedule.  Their crew was quick to respond with answers and communicated effectively if we had issues or needed adjustments.  They took the initiative to keep us informed at every stage of the project.

The fact that Proglia provided more than just a generic blockchain solution was what most intrigued me. They customized everything to meet our demands because they were aware of the subtleties of our real estate industry. The solution was even more significant because they were not only technical specialists but also had a firm grasp of how the real estate market functions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Proglia could have done differently?

It was a great experience all around.  One minor recommendation would be to provide our staff more thorough instruction on how to make the most of the new technology.  It took a little longer for certain of our employees to adjust to the blockchain's functionalities, and a more thorough training session might have accelerated the process.  Once more, though, this is a small problem in a project that is generally successful.

We needed help automating the process of online prescription approvals and deliveries. We also wanted to automate our internal processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Proglia automated the prescription inventory and till management systems at my pharmacy in full compliance with local healthcare regulations. The primary objective was to streamline the prescription process by enabling secure customer-physician mapping, ensuring that all prescriptions were issued by licensed medical practitioners and dispensed by qualified pharmacists. This automation supported faster, more accurate fulfillment while maintaining patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance. 

Proglia automated the pharmacy’s operations by introducing a secure prescription workflow, linking patients with licensed physicians for validated digital prescriptions. The system managed inventory in real-time, tracked stock levels and expiry dates, and integrated with the point-of-sale system for accurate billing. It also supported auto-refills, electronic health record (EHR) integration, and generated reports for better decision-making. All features were designed to improve efficiency while ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The project with Proglia led to faster prescription processing, fewer inventory and billing errors, and better stock control. Sales increased by 15–20%, and repeat prescriptions grew by 30% due to the auto-refill feature. Overall, the system improved efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. We saved more than 25% of our time in processing prescriptions after the automation.

Proglia’s project management was good. They gave us a stretched-out timeline but mostly delivered on time. Communication was overall good. We primarily used Slack and email. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Hamza (Co-Founder & CEO) and Abdul (Co-Founder & CTO) were always in the loop for communications and made sure that the product delivered was according to our needs. They understood our business really well, and I think that was the key to the project’s success. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The experience with Proglia was highly positive, and the results were impressive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

If there was anything that could’ve made the project even better, it would’ve been more in-depth training at the start to help our staff get comfortable with the new system faster. While their support was generally helpful, quicker response times during busy hours would’ve added extra ease.
