Proficiency designed, prepared and submited the architectural plans for our new basement office, as well as completing the interior and construction.

They helped us thorought the whole process, including: 

• Planning application
• Structural drawings
• Building regulation
• Interior design
• Project management

During the construction, we worked with Dan, the project manager, who oversaw the work from start to finish. He comunicated very well, kep us regularly updated on the progress and was always helpful thorough the project.

The basement construction was completed to a very high standart and we are very pleased with the quality of the finished office.

Dan the project manager kep us update via email phone and in person. The project was delivered on time and withing agreed timeline. 

He always responded to us quickly and even come himself in person to address our concerns if or any arrise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never run away from challenges. Proficiency team kept on their promise and worked with any challenges that came along the way. Never disapearing and rather trying to work out the solution.  The craftmanship and their team interest in ensuring the project is done to high standart is noticable. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Proficiency could have done differently?

It clear they have a deep understanding of the work and I think they did an excelent work.
