Their efforts in quality assurance ensured a 90%+ first-pass acceptance rate on CNC-machined parts, with a defect rate of less than 1% on delivered components.

Procurement efficiency improved significantly, with supplier lead times reduced by 25% and over 90% of components delivered on or ahead of schedule. ProcureStack’s vendor selection and sourcing strategies enabled prototype validation in the first iteration without requiring major design revisions, while also establishing a scalable, production-ready supply chain to support future manufacturing.

Their logistics optimization efforts resulted in a 15% reduction in shipping costs, achieved through supplier consolidation and inventory efficiency. They also implemented a buffer stock strategy, ensuring long-lead-time components were readily available, preventing any production disruptions.

Project management was done well, communication up front on timelines with buffers. We were notified on certain components that were risky and time was added to deliverables to accomodate this. The ProcureStack team was professional, eager to help and on time with all deliverables. They responded to our needs extremely well and were flexible when changes were required from our side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Impressive and unique both would be the wide range of services they offer which makes them very familiar with our nuanced perspectives. We didn't need to work with multiple folks to get parts and manufacturing programs scaled up, it was easy to work with just the ProcureStack team from our prototyping all the way to our manufacturing and even post sale customer management phase for replacement parts. In additon they are experts in their domain and passionate about mechanical design, DFM and procurement. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something ProcureStack could have done differently?

We are happy, no suggestions at this time. Not absolutely necessary but maybe adding NDT capabilities wouldn't be a bad idea for supporting some component level testing for parts validation.

This project provided a cost-effective, data-driven approach to physiotherapy, helping clinics improve patient care through precise motion analysis and progress tracking. By integrating wearable sensor technology with mobile health applications, the solution advanced rehabilitation methodologies, leading to better patient outcomes and engagement.
