The key parts they delivered were: A Student Mobile App (for iOS & Android): This is where our students live. It has the entire library of our video courses, a personal task list for building their store, and a direct messaging inbox to their assigned coach.
A Coach Web Portal: A dedicated website for our coaches to view all their students, see their progress on a dashboard, respond to messages, and manage their booking calendar.
A Central Admin System: A back-end dashboard for my team to manage all users, assign students to coaches, upload new course content, and see how the business is performing.
Integrated Payment System: They set up secure payments so students can buy coaching packages right through the app, and the money flows smoothly to us and our coaches.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The impact was almost immediate. In the first four months after launch, we were able to onboard three new coaches because the platform made it so easy to manage more people. Our student sign-ups increased significantly, and we've now had over a thousand active students using the app every week.
But the best result was a message I got from one of our veteran coaches, Sarah. She said, "Jack, I've gone from spending hours a week on admin to maybe 30 minutes. Maybe narrowing the initial options down to two would have made those first decisions a tiny bit faster for us. But honestly, once we found our footing, this became a strength because we saw more of what was possible.
