I’m the founder of a Delhi, India spice manufacturer and seller. We’re primarily working within the local market, and we’ve built a platform to target other countries. We also have an online marketplace, where we list other retailers.

What challenge were you trying to address with PRIME SEO SERVICES?

We were looking for a reliable company in our area that had experience working with international clients. We wanted to have website design and online marketing done at international standards. There’s a difference between Indian and Western marketing styles and business understandings, so we went to PRIME SEO SERVICES based on that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the project with branding and website design. PRIME SEO SERVICES put together our site and populated it with images and blog content. They chose WordPress to build the completely new platform, which is ideal for a small e-commerce site for the maintenance cost, look and feel, and speed. 

They’re also working on our SEO and PPC campaigns. They also work on keyword efforts, giving us a good amount to select from.  

What is the team composition?

I’m in direct contact with everyone on the team, including the designer and the SEO specialist. There are 3–4 people from PRIME SEO SERVICES in total. We were in contact more frequently during the initial development, and now it’s on an as-needed basis.

How did you come to work with PRIME SEO SERVICES?

We found a few firms via Google. In India, we’ve found that many people will say that they can do everything, even when they can’t. We asked the candidates for examples of their previous work, and any references. PRIME SEO SERVICES showed us a few websites they worked on, and that gave us the idea that they could handle our project.

How much have you invested with them?

The website cost $1,300, and our average marketing budget is $500–$600 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with PRIME SEO SERVICES around June 2020, and the PPC and SEO efforts are ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we first started, we had no presence. Now, when I look at the keywords we’re targeting, my website is present. The numbers they give us in their reports reflect reality and I can see that what they’re doing is working. We’re keeping the PPC budget the same, but we’re getting more clicks and leads every month, which is great. 

How did PRIME SEO SERVICES perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at keeping deadlines. They promised to do the website in 30 days, and they delivered in 26 days. We communicate through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp chat. Communication is fast and not overly formal. If I need something, I can message them on WhatsApp, and they’ll get it done. We receive SEO reports every 15 days, with keyword metrics and the work that’s been done, too. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s been a very pleasant experience working with PRIME SEO SERVICES. We had a very traditional way of doing business through direct contact, so e-commerce has been new for us and we learn a lot of new things on a daily basis with them. There may be better companies out there, but my experience, so far, has been good. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really don’t know of anything they could improve.

The work and experience have both been good. If someone wants something done quickly, without having to give too many instructions, they can work with PRIME SEO SERVICES. They know what to do. If we give them an idea, they’ll deliver good results.

Prime SEO Services has helped us automated our daily tasks like emails, social media posts, CRM integration, Updating our Youtube videos on our website and even lot more. We have saved Thousands of human hours due to the automation process. And this had a very big impact on our investment on staff and pocket book.

The Mohan Herbal ​tea is approved of 36 parameters, making it completely safe, healthy and caffeine-free. ​Our Herbal tea formulation is a quality product from India, low-priced, and comes in packages on 1, 2, and 4.
