Premier worked on creating positive media coverage for our company and did SEO to help us rank higher for our target keywords. They also helped us encourage our previous customers to leave positive reviews for us. Key deliverables were: a series of positive articles, getting our website to the top page of Google for a series of competitive keywords, and a 25%  increase in the number of 4-5 star reviews online.

They’ve written and published about 20 press releases for us and done a considerable amount of SEO. We’ve seen our website traffic increase over 10x since the start the project and we closed a couple of very lucrative deals as a result of that boost in traffic. They also got in touch with our previous customers and encouraged them to leave positive reviews for us, which has been great for our online visibility and reputation.

What impresses me the most is how quickly they have been able to produce results. I was expecting it to take 6 months or more to see a positive ROI on the project but the positive press helped us bring in new customers in less than a month.

Honestly, everything was handled very well. Overall, their service has been outstanding.

Premier successfully lobbied the social media companies to take down posts that doxed me and my family. They suppressed the hateful articles and social media posts targeting me and built a new online presence that showcased me positively to employers.

A cancel culture mob was aggressively harassing me online, sending threatening messages to me and my family, and ultimately causing me to lose my job. I was terrified that I’d never be able to get a job or show my face in public again. 

My top priority was getting the posts that doxed me and my family removed from the internet and Premier managed to do that very quickly. They also built a fresh online presence for me, highlighting my accomplishments and professional skills, which ultimately helped me land a great job.

I hired Premier after going through a highly publicized lawsuit and government investigation that threatened to destroy my business. The main objective was to suppress negative media attention about the case on Google, so Premier worked on an SEO campaign to suppress those articles. It was also important to have a plan for how to address the concerns of my employees, patients, and referral sources so that my business could continue with minimal disruptions. 
Premier put together a communications plan for those tough conversations that was extremely helpful.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 In a little bit under a year, they suppressed the DOJ press release about my case to position 15 on the Google search results, which I’m very happy with. It’s not easy to suppress a government link but they got the job done! They also successfully suppressed the negative news coverage about me past position 20 on Google. 
The crisis management plan that they put together for me really did help me feel confident and prepared to address any difficult questions that would come up with my business relationships. I saved quite a few referral sources thanks to the talking points and preparation that they gave me.

They did a great job of setting expectations and communicating every step of the way. I always felt like I knew what was going on with the project and when I could expect to receive a deliverable or hit a milestone. There were quite a few times when I asked them to make a last minute update to something or help me put out a fire and they were always prompt.

Premier successfully got the posts that doxed me taken down. There were a few posts about me that the social media companies refused to take-down but Premier was able to suppress them in the search results. On top of that, the talking points that they gave me were extremely helpful when talking to my bosses. I'm not sure I would have kept my job if it weren't for them.

The project management was exceptional. Premier stayed in touch with me every step of the way and consistently delivered on schedule. They were highly responsive to my needs and feedback and went above and beyond on my requests.

Overall the service was great, and I'm happy with the service so far. I wish they could have gotten 100% of the negative press taken down but unfortunately the social media platforms weren't willing to remove some of the posts.

Premier helped me get rid of a social media cancel culture campaign against me. They got as many of the posts taken down as possible and helped me suppress the remaining ones. They monitored the various social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook), reached out to content moderation teams at the social media companies to remove harmful content, and created positive content to push down the negative posts in search results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were impressive. They managed to get a substantial number of negative posts taken down, probably 80 or 90%. For the ones that remained, they succeeded in pushing them far down in search results,  making them practically invisible. I went from being worried that these posts would haunt me forever and make me unemployable to feeling confident about my online presence.

They delivered every item on time, and sometimes ahead of schedule. They were always responsive to my needs, provided regular updates and were very professional and communicative the whole time we worked together.

They were very quick to respond when new negative content was published. The groups that came after me decided to target me every couple of weeks, but Premier did a great job of proactively suppressing and taking down posts before they got much traction.

There were three components to the work: First, content removal, PRM took down the posts harassing and targeting me, particularly ones that included personal information about me and my employees. Second, reputation management, they created content for my business and my personal social media profiles that made me look awesome and helped suppress the harmful content. 

Third, crisis management, they put together talking points to help me reassure employees and retain clients which saved my business.

• Premier buried the negative posts about me deep into the search results. Its been a lifesaver because no one has brought up any of the negative press about me in months. PRM’s SEO magic worked wonders. 
• They also did SEO on my business website and my website climbed the ranks, appearing on the first page for the keywords that I’m targeting .
• PRM put together a crisis management plan that included talking points to go over with employees and clients that would address their concerns about the company’s reputational crisis. The plan helped me save my business when it was most at risk.
