I work for a company that produces medical equipment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pq Design Group?

We needed another company to support our packaging design needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They do packaging design for us and help with other design needs on an ongoing basis. 

What is the team composition? 

We work with two or three people regularly. 

How did you come to work with Pq Design Group?

I originally started working with them at my old company, in 2008. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have a contract with them where they receive a share of the company and profits. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re well-renowned in our market. The designs they produce are well-appreciated and impress our customers. 

How did Pq Design Group perform from a project management standpoint?

We handle project management on our end. We allow them to work independently to produce their designs, and generally, we won’t request any modifications of their work. They know what is best. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand what I want and can work with minimal oversight. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve. Sometimes I wish they could work more quickly, but I understand that’s not necessarily possible. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them all of the information they might need, but let them work independently.

I’m the director of TDA Technology. We’re a technology company doing simulation and training products, both hardware and software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pq Design Studio?

We hired Pq Design to design a driving simulator.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team was in charge of the product design for our driving simulator, which is to be used in driving schools. Pq Design was in charge of both the internal and external design, coming up with ideas for manufacturing.

What is the team composition?

There were about two or three people from the team.

How did you come to work with Pq Design Studio?

I was looking for a design studio, and they were on my list. I was looking for something very particular, and they came up with very innovative ideas, so we decided to partner with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since February 2020, and the work is still ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They followed the brief well. If there were ever any corrections our engineers wanted Pq Design to make, they were always willing to do so. They were very responsive and timely. Our entire team enjoyed working with them.

How did Pq Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well. They followed deadlines and were communicative.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pq Design is very customer-focused — it’s their biggest strength. They’re not afraid to propose new ideas and make a good design contribution. They were a good team to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t really have any recommendations for them.

Be open and communicative with the team. They’re quite straightforward and can deliver results.
