The key measurable outcome was the successful completion and delivery of the Power BI reports and dashboards. The solution gave us improved access to centralized, visual reporting, allowing users to more easily analyze key business data, monitor performance, and reduce reliance on manual reporting processes. Following the migration, the Power BI reports improved confidence in data accuracy through comprehensive data validation and reconciliation.
Key reports and metrics were verified against source data to ensure the migrated information was complete, consistent, and accurately represented in the new reporting environment.
While exact time savings were difficult to quantify, the Power BI solution significantly reduced the effort required to access and analyze reporting data. Business Central made it difficult to pull the exact reports needed, and the new dashboards provided a faster, more direct way to access and review the relevant financial information.
