We were planning to internationalize our agency, so we needed a new identity more appealing to the global market.

We have a few discovery meetings where we explained our needs and the current state of the brand. Then they developed a project proposal and we set delivery dates. After that, they set up a Notion space for the project for us to see the current state of each stage, which was very helpful and practical.

I met with the head of design, the creative director and the UX writer.

The website is not public yet.

We had a common Notion space for us to see the development of each stage. Mostly we worked asynchronically but we have review meetings for each prototype.

I knew the founders from social media. I've always valued their writing and design skills and their professionalism.

1. Defining the scope of the project. This includes understanding Exactly's needs and goals, researching our target audience, and defining the features and functionality of the app.
2. Creating a sitemap and wireframes. This helps to visualize the structure of the app and how the different components will work together.
3. Designing the UI. This includes creating the visual look and feel of the app, as well as the UX.
4. Developing the app, as well as testing and debugging (our team did that)
5. Launching the app. This includes making the app live and accessible to the public.
