Asked Lindsay to take our existing Bubble app and fix foundational issues with our payment processing left by a previous agency. It was a complex web of issues that needed to be addressed. Most other agencies would have refused to take the work or suggested we start over completely. Lindsay took the time to dive in, learn about our business, and make changes without disrupting our day to day operations. An unbelievable job by him!

• reduced our previous payment issues (which were frequent) to non-existent
• made our app more efficient reducing workload and overage charges 
• improved UI and UX of our site

Lindsay is a great communicator. He checked in regularly ensuring everything was progressing as we liked. Extremely open to feedback and changes. He's a pleasure to work with a great guy in general.

Most impressive was Lindsay's care for our business. Small businesses and projects like ours often get farmed out or overlooked. Lindsay gave it his all and felt like a member of our team. He wanted to see us succeed and his work reflects that. Very rare

We initially reached out to Lindsay for support using one of his plugins on Bubble's marketplace. From there, we engaged with Lindsay to provide custom development work and consulting/training for our staff as we worked in conjunction to bring our bootstrapped SaaS tool to market. Deliverables included consulting services and training, API integrations (AI, speech to text transcription, 3rd party services), privacy and security consulting, and general low/no-code development services.

We were able to secure our first customers thanks to Lindsay/Knowcode

We were also able to significantly optimize our application and reduce workload units/monthly operational costs.

Always on time and very repsonsive, despite a 5-hour time difference.

As a sole proprietor, Lindsay takes great pride in his work and treats your project as if it were his own. He does not just do what is asked, but brings a critical eye to the project, making valued suggestions and keeping a lookout for ways we can be successful together.

We've been 100% satisfied and pleased with our relationship.

I engaged with KnowCode after a false start with another provider, I was sceptical at first if what we needed to build could be done in no code.

Not only was it built but it was built to a working verison within a week, with basic funcionality fully operaitonal and able to showcase and demonstrate.

We went from scraps of paper and thoughts to a fully fledged app in the app stores in a matter of weeks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

By the end of each day (we were working that fast) we would review and test all the capabilities that had been built that day. very few days ended with little or no progress as if there was a roadblock it was discused and a solution found.

If it got confusing, then it was whiteboarded and redone, the key to the sucess was to be flexible and accept that the road my not be always clear or straight.

Since we started the activity, the product we built has been presented in various forums and hailed as being first of a kind.

KnowCode wroked in a highly agile manner, at the start of each day it would be agreed as to what would be built and delivered. reviews on progress were short and snappy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their agility and understanding of our business needs, as well as the ability to pivot and challenge some of the concepts planned - rather than just building, some things had to be justified for the effort that may be reuqired - and it was a good challenge to give!

Nothing springs to mind as Knowcode and I are working on a couple of other initiatives and I know I can trust them to deliver

Project Management was minimal. They delivered 95% on time but we had a few bugs and it took some extra work with Bubble directly and support to get all of the details to work. They did an excellent job of responding to our needs.

It would be nice if a little more care was spent on trouble shooting, but there were a lot of minor issues that just took time; so I'd work with him again for sure.
