What challenge were you trying to address with Pixhance?

We needed a new, attractive website to portray our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixhance used a Miro board to take us by the hand through the branding process, and the outcome was the website. They did the logo, color scheme, and corporate identity. They also did the Wix site from scratch, but we primarily developed the content. We provided it because it was specific and for a niche market. However, Pixhance quickly understood what we did and how we worked.

Bakir (Digital Branding Strategist) was our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Pixhance?

We came across Pixhance on Wix. We were looking for people who could develop our website, and they appeared in our search within the Wix website.

How much have you invested with them?

We had an initial quote, but then we did more work. In total, we spent €3,000 (approximately $3,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together at the end of April 2021, and the website was launched in January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t analyzed the site’s traffic. However, we’ve had some referrals through the website, and many people have approached us through other means, saying that they came across it.

How did Pixhance perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was perfect; we couldn’t complain. Pixhance went over what they were tasked with, and we were extremely grateful for what they did.

We used the Miro board, which worked very well. Also, we mainly communicated via email, but we often used Telco.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were extremely meticulous and dedicated to their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think I can say anything about that. Everything was great.

i was at the beginning of my journey. i already had a website built 5 months before, which i was pretty unhappy with. We had no logo and design. Everything must be started from scratch. We started with personal branding and accomplished the design work and website development.

The goal was to have website with high traffic and conversion.

we start with strategy and kick off meeting to define my requirement and project scope. than we go through the personal branding process to find out my positioning, products and keywords. at the same time we start to define the colour codes, fonds, logo and style design of my business cards, letterhead, ppt and social media background.

very well structured webpage and design package, SEO optimised. I got good feedbacks from clients about the pages.

we got at least one meeting every week and update regularly. Open feedback and continuously optimisation. we worked mainly together trough Mir and Google Meeting.

The team's customer orientation, extraordinary work morale, and high-level delivery were impressive. I always got answer and support, anytime a need.

more guidance on copywriting.

I myself am the owner, the lead trainer and the concept developer for the face-to-face and online trainings and I have the technical competence to be successful, but I needed a strong partner at my side to complement me in the right places

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixhance, and what were your goals?

The brand had to be set up completely from scratch, as the founder went straight from employment to self-employment. An enormous implementation speed was necessary to use the momentum despite adverse circumstances (Corona).

Pixhance worked with me to develop the brand strategy, brand design and new website. We were able to raise my own profile to create the best possible customer fit. A special challenge was the implementation of the online course content directly on the homepage, as well as the balancing act between B2B and B2C on one homepage.

Pixhance was recommended to me by several people, so I quickly organized a first meeting. I was impressed by the speed of implementation and the reference projects that were presented to me, which were second to none.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is up and running and the integrated online academy is fully implemented. The brand is visible and new customers find the company through targeted advertising and articles.

We had set challenging goals and we approached them with short-cycle online sessions. In the meetings, we actively created added value and fine-tuned the profile, and in the end both parties went into the next offflin phase with clearly defined task packages.

The documentation was clearly structured and visually presented, and we always accessed the most up-to-date data together, so that friction losses were not noticeable despite the work at a distance. The main communication tools were Google meet, Zoom, Miro, Whatsapp

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was the speed at which inspiring results were achieved by Pixhance. It was also terrific that, despite the demanding timeline, the tension never became so great that it became paralyzing. This was certainly due to the productive working atmosphere created by Bakir A.

I can not think of anything.

I already work as a physically present rhetoric trainer and wanted to align my business model completely digitally in the future. I entrusted Pixhance with the entire branding process.

At the beginning there is a joint, non-binding digital meeting. Pixhance asks me a lot of questions to find out what exactly I want / need.

In the end, Pixhance presented the part of my way on which they can help me, why and how. Here I have to expressly praise the clarity and transparency! After the contract for the full service package has been concluded, the first joint strategy discussions take place.

Various directional definitions are recorded directly: vision, mission, goals, values. At the same time, various analyzes are carried out on the following topics:

I only met with the manager himself. But he was always the direct link to everyone in my project, which I found great. He constantly communicates that he is only acting in my interests, even when he is talking to his own employees.

He was always the representative of my interests both internally and externally! I worked with a designer and a web design expert. I cannot answer who was still working in the background.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to the collaboration with Pixhance, I received a branding package that was perfectly tailored to my needs. The website shines like sunshine and only receives positive feedback.

My logo couldn't have been more suitable and today, thanks to Pixhance, I received a completely digitally oriented business model! I only work digitally! Today I am successfully selling digital courses and online presences under a personal brand

We met on average about every two weeks via Google Meet. Pixhance always presented me with interim results, asked for approvals or other feedback.

If I had any spontaneous questions, I was able to contact Pixhance immediately and easily via Whatsapp. A central part of our work was a Miro Board. All milestones, interim results, etc. were stored in a visible and transparent manner.

The manager Bakir is an incredible person! From day one he made me feel that my success is his success. Bakir was able to empathize with me from the first second. It was almost like your best friend was taking care of your wedding! 100% trust and 100% confidence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Looking back, I can't see anything that I would improve. For me it was a great experience to be able to work with such a company (and especially the managing director himself).
