We needed to create an entirely new brand and website.

How did you come to work with PIXELUP LABS?

I was looking up the best design agencies, and multiple founders mentioned PIXELUP LABS on a YC thread/post. We chose PIXELUP LABS because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and they were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July of 2026, and our engagement is ongoing. They've done such a great job that we've given them more work and newer projects to help with

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They kept giving consistent progress updates throughout the entire process. The team works extremely fast and delivers super high-quality work. Although it's too early to share specific metrics, the new brand and website look fantastic.

How did PIXELUP LABS perform from a project management standpoint?

We were delayed, but we had very extreme targets for delivery. Some of the delay was on us as well in terms of the number of feedback and revisions we had. However, they've done the whole project effectively in 6–7 weeks from beginning to end. Again, for the quality bar, the team has been extremely fast. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're super easy to work with and deliver a really amazing work product that feels differentiated, new, and high-quality at a great price and at great speed. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could probably do a better job at being proactive around the fact that they won't make a specific timeline. Besides that, they're excellent to work with.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of the project was creating 1) branding, 2) landing page design, and 3) development of landing page.

First milestone, and probably the one that required the most iteration, was branding. This comprised of colors, overall feel, assets, etc. After figuring out the branding direction, it was working simultaneously on the design + development of the landing page. Followed by the animations for the landing page. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We didn't have any numeric success metric but moreso milestones on when we expected certain work to be complete in order to meet our deadline and go live date.

Team did a great job delivering on the milestones. And we really appreciated their willingness to iterate on the brand strategy. Super happy with how everything turned out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did a great job interating on the brand. Had a vision that we had a hard time articulating in words. It took a couple of interations, but they brought the vision we had to life.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PIXELUP LABS could have done differently?

Most of the project moved quickly / smoothly, but the final 5% took longer than expected. Animation required more back and forth than we anticipated.

What impressed me most was how responsive PIXELUP LABS was. They also drew on their experience with past clients to offer advice on making our redesigned website more effective at converting visitors.

I’d suggest weekly check-in calls to keep the project on track and make sure expectations stay aligned.
